Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Dice must be in original condition (unused or lightly used for inspection). Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

How to Return — By Mail

All returns are processed by postal mail. To initiate a return:

1. Email questboundstudio.service@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you the return mailing address and instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Ship your items back in their original packaging if possible. We recommend a tracked postal service.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.

Fees

No restocking fees. We never charge a restocking fee on returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items — in which case we cover the full cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

Want a different set? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Return your original set by mail and we'll ship your new choice at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your dice arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace them at no cost to you — including free return shipping. Send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
